Matt Rosene Wins Summary Judgment in a Long-Running Dispute

Congratulations to Partner Matt Rosene. On October 22, 2026, Matt won a motion for summary judgment for a firm client. The dispute continued for decades and included many lawsuits in many courts. This is the second time that the firm defeated a lawsuit from the same plaintiff.
