About

With experience spanning high-stakes litigation, complex real estate transactions, and corporate counseling, Amtoj Randhawa brings a rare, full-spectrum perspective to every client engagement. This perspective was forged over a decade in the trenches as both an AmLaw 100 litigator and the General Counsel of Pride Group Enterprises — a privately-held, vertically integrated $3B logistics and transportation company. There, he built the legal department from the ground up and routinely advised the C-suite and board of directors on matters ranging from labor and employment law to corporate compliance, intellectual property, and privacy issues.

This dual vantage point as both outside and in-house counsel is what sets Amtoj apart. Having previously managed a global litigation portfolio of over 1,700 active cases, he understands that every legal challenge is unique. Whether he is negotiating a complex commercial agreement, structuring a real estate transaction, or litigating in state and federal courts across California and Nevada, Amtoj prioritizes creative solutions built strictly around his clients' business objectives.

Amtoj’s litigation experience covers complex commercial, real estate, product liability, insurance coverage, and bankruptcy matters. On the transactional side, he regularly negotiates multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals, drafts high-volume commercial agreements across virtually every category, and has spearheaded complex cross-border insolvency proceedings under both the Canadian Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and U.S. bankruptcy laws.

Adding further depth to his practice, Amtoj is a licensed California real estate broker, giving him a practitioner’s understanding of the market that directly informs both his transactional work and real estate litigation. Furthermore, he is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and holds a Cybersecurity Certificate in Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard University. These credentials allow him to effectively advise clients on data privacy compliance and incident response.

When he isn’t advocating for his clients or brokering complex deals, Amtoj enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
